Heating and cooling may be simple concepts, but new technologies provide a wide range of possible upgrades. We can advise and install the latest products to help with your home's air quality to take advantage of the conveniences and efficiency these technologies make possible.
Repair
It can be easier to replace older items, but in many cases, repairing them is much more cost efficient. We will explain all options available so you can make an informed decision between repair and replacement.

Annual Maintenance Preferred Rates Program
How it works
1. Schedule Annual Maintenance this year.
- New Customers receive a $50 "New Annual Maintenance Credit" towards their first Annual Maintenance.
- Existing Customers who had Annual Maintenance performed by Durkie Heating & Cooling last year receive a $50 "Preferred Rate Credit" towards this years' Annual Maintenance.
2. Schedule a Service Call, if needed.
We know annual maintenance extends the life of your HVAC equipment and significantly decreases the chances of major breakdowns that would require a service call, but if the need arises within a year following our Annual Maintenance service, you'll receive $50 off standard service call rates and $125 off afterhours service calls rates.
3. Schedule Annual Maintenance next year.
To maintain the Preferred Rate, Customers who had Annual Maintenance this year will automatically be given a $50 "Preferred Rate Credit" towards their Annual Maintenance next year and will receive a credit towards Service Call rates, if needed, for the subsequent year.
How much are the Preferred Rate Credits?
Preferred Rate Credits are as follows:
● $50 credit towards any Service Call during
business hours for 1 year following Annual Maintenance service
● $125 credit towards any
afterhours
Service Call for 1 year following Annual Maintenance service
● $50 credit towards Annual Maintenance performed in the next calendar year.
Anything else?
- Customers who continue service annually will enjoy the Preferred Customer Rate Credits every year.
- If a year is missed, once Annual Maintenance is performed, the cycle is reactivated and Service Calls for the next year, as well as the Annual Maintenance the following year receive the Preferred Rate Credits.
