We researched and invested in a system customers ranked best on results - giving confidence we can thoroughly clean the dust, debris and build-up from your air ducts and vents. Our technicians will prep, protect, inspect, clean and seal your duct and vent system to improve air quality and overall comfort and health.

Annual Maintenance Preferred Rates Program
How it works
1. Schedule Annual Maintenance this year.
- New Customers receive a $50 "New Annual Maintenance Credit" towards their first Annual Maintenance.
- Existing Customers who had Annual Maintenance performed by Durkie Heating & Cooling last year receive a $50 "Preferred Rate Credit" towards this years' Annual Maintenance.
2. Our Technicians will perform your Annual Maintenance.
- Multi-point Inspection - Although the exact checklist will vary slightly based on your specific equipment, maintenance generally includes:
- Cleaning the System including the evaporator and condenser coils, condensate drain lines and blower components.
- Checking and Calibrating the thermostat and electrical connections while testing safety controls and system performance to ensure proper operation.
- Lubricating and Inspecting Parts: Moving parts like motors and bearings will be lubricated to reduce friction/wear and any fan or blower belts are inspected and adjusted for efficiency.
- Checking for Leaks and Other Issues: For air conditioning units, refrigerant levels will be checked. For furnaces, the heat exchanger will be inspected for cracks, and gas lines will be checked for leaks.
- Replacing Filters: The air filter will be inspected and replaced, as a clean filter is crucial for efficient airflow and good indoor air quality.
3. Receive Preferred Rates for the next year.
- Service Calls - We know annual maintenance extends the life of your HVAC equipment and significantly decreases the chances of major breakdowns, but if the need arises within a year following your Annual Maintenance service, you'll receive:
- $50 off standard service call rates and
- $125 off afterhours service calls rates.
- Annual Maintenance - When you schedule Annual Maintenance during the next calendar year you'll receive:
- $50 off Annual Maintenance rates.
- Preferred Rates are extended each year you have your Annual Maintenance performed.

How much are the Preferred Rate Credits?
Preferred Rate Credits are as follows:

How long will I get the Preferred Rate Credit?
- Customers who continue service annually will continue to enjoy the Preferred Customer Rate Credits every year.
What if I miss a year of Annual Maintenance?
- If a year is missed, the Preferred Rate Credits are no longer applied.
- However, it is easy to regain them! Once Annual Maintenance is performed, the cycle is reactivated and Service Calls for the next year, as well as the Annual Maintenance the following year receive the Preferred Rate Credits.
